2023 Spring Update

Spring Christmas tree work is completed.   1450 trees were planted in the field that were comprised of equal numbers of Frasier, Balsam and Canaan Fir.   200 White pine were also added to the fields to bring total tree field numbers up to approximately 12,000.   2000 seedlings were placed in our transplant bed and about 5000 were started from seed in our greenhouse.  All of our trees have had fertilizer applied for nutrient management, weed issues addressed and vigilance applied for disease and insect issues.   The summer season will be spent shearing and shaping trees in the field.
