About Us

We are a small batch artisan roaster that began as a seasonal add on to the Christmas Tree Farm. Our passion for coffee started long before that when we were teenagers working in coffee shops and has included travel to some of Europe’s most historical coffee roasters and cafes.

Mentored by some great coffee roasters and focused on old world techniques we have developed some great coffee. Seeking out the best in green beans from all over the world and roasting each to its individual peak flavor then allows us to create unmatched coffee blends.

Roasting on 100 year old fire roasted A. J. Royal Roasters that started the likes of Peete’s coffee and Planters Peanuts allows us to create these unique slow roasted beauties. We roast with our senses and not with our eyes focused on a computer screen.

We started Conifera Roasters to produce wholesale seasonal coffee’s for Christmas Tree and Pumpkin Farms, Apple Orchards, Corn Mazes and other seasonal farms. The response at our farm and other farms has been incredible and we wanted to share that more broadly with this retail site. We do wholesale farm accounts and you can contact us if you are interested. We are happy to work with any size farm. For our retail customers enjoy our coffee any way you decide to brew it.
