Spring 2024

This is the earliest start to the farming season we can remember.  With the unseasonably warm weather we have already spread fertilizer on the asparagus acreage, completed our spring cleanups, and have begun to transplant Christmas trees into the field.   Soon we will be fertilizing the trees and beginning our season long weed control program.  We are one of only two Christmas tree farms in Illinois that also farm and grow trees in Wisconsin.  Although we love our home farm in Illinois , we just grow better trees in Wisconsin.  We work both farms all season long.
